    Attendance Management system, Payroll system and Accounting system are different systems, but they are correlative. Payroll manager needs data from Attendance Management system to calculate the payment, and Accounting manager needs data from payroll system to make the voucher and manage Expenses.

Solution
    Allow users to import Attendance Management system Time Manger records into PenSoft's PenSoft Payroll 2007. The Attendance Management system provides the ability to trap employee hours at remote worksites, and send the data to a central employee time management application. Using the Integrated Payroll Application in conjunction with PenSoft Payroll 2007, employee time can be easily processed and the results automatically uploaded to Microsoft's Small Business Accounting 2007 Express or Professional.

    Connect PenSoft Payroll 2007 with Microsoft's Small Business Accounting (SBA) Express and Professional versions. Microsoft's Small Business Accounting Express and Professional are a bundled component of Microsoft Office 2007 Professional and Small Business. Both versions of Small Business Accounting 2007 are available as stand-alone applications.
