    Subsequently a dedicated team with required personnel is identified as well as the hardware or software environment is set up.

  •   For an ODC project, project manager and developers are the prerequisite for team identification.
  • The members of the team are changeable until it is stable enough to provide consistently stable outsourcing services and meet your needs.
